IWANA reels strive to achieve high degree of consistency and accuracy while maintaining top level of craftsmanship. And we endeavor to make products that can be your life long tools.
Traditional structured reels can be not as tough as modern ones, but we will 100% back you up when you want to use them under extremely challenging situations.
For the original owner of an authentic IWANA products, direct purchased or from ourauthorized dealers, we provide lifelong warranty that covers repair or replacement of parts due to defect in material or workmanship for all IWANA reels.
For direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage or lose resulting from the use or misuse of the product, we offer replacement parts or repair services with a certain amount of fee. A quote will be provided upon request for approval before proceeding with any repair(s).
Easy Fix Plan:
We understand that time is crucial when it comes to a certain fishing season.So for minor problems that can be fixed by yourself with new components, we can send parts needed right away, without wasting over a month on shipping and fixing the reels back and forth.
Full Service Plan:
For complex issues, we will have your reels back and undertake full-care service procedure. This includes dismantling and diagnosis of the reels, repair or replacement, cleaning, testing and shipping them to you. Service and shipping fee may occur for repairs not covered by the warranty.
How to claim:
1.Please email us at info@iwanafishing.com to tell us about the issues need to be fixed.
2.We will look at the case and contact you in ONE week, determine whether it can be a Easy Fix by yourself or need the reels back to go through full repair service.
3.Pay for parts, service and shipping fee if it is not covered in warranty.
4.Print your form and Ship your product if it should be sent back.
Other declaration:
All shipments to IWANA must be freight paid. We reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by our warranty. Discontinued products may be replaced with newer models when necessary.
